1. Agreement

By using The Royal Gold website, customer portal or official mobile application, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order or activate a paid service.

2. Business and customer eligibility

TRG Jewellers Pvt Ltd operates from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be legally capable of entering the transaction. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping credentials and OTPs confidential.

3. Product descriptions and images

We aim to show accurate names, metal purity, weights, sizes, gemstones, images and descriptions. Handcrafted pieces, display calibration, photography and natural gemstones can produce reasonable visual or weight variation. Final invoice/specification and hallmark documentation govern the delivered item.

4. Live pricing

Gold and silver prices can change frequently. Website estimates may be calculated from current metal rate, selected weight/variant, making charges, stones or additions and applicable tax. The amount shown in the final confirmed checkout/payment flow governs that transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical or typographical errors before fulfilment.

5. Hallmark and certification

Where an item is represented as BIS hallmarked or otherwise certified, relevant markings/documents should accompany the product as applicable. Customers should verify HUID details using official BIS tools. Diamond or gemstone certification applies only where specifically stated for that item.

6. Orders, acceptance and cancellation

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order may be refused or cancelled before dispatch for inventory error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect price, regulatory restriction or inability to deliver. If we cancel a paid order, eligible amounts will be returned through the appropriate payment channel.

7. Payments

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another authorised gateway. Gateway terms also apply. We may verify payment signatures and reject unverified transactions. Do not share OTPs, card PINs or UPI credentials with any person claiming to represent TRG.

8. Promotions and offers

Offers can have dates, minimum spend, category exclusions, stock limits, one-user limits or other conditions. Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value. A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance or an obvious configuration error.

9. Gold SIP / savings features

Any Gold SIP or accumulation plan is governed by the plan details displayed before activation, including contribution frequency, tenure, bonus conditions, redemption method and payment mandate. It is not represented as a bank deposit, guaranteed investment return or regulated security unless explicitly documented otherwise. Precious-metal values fluctuate.

10. Shipping, returns and exchange

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy form part of these Terms. Customised, engraved, altered, hygiene-sensitive, bullion or market-linked products may have restricted cancellation/return rights to the extent permitted by law.

11. Reviews and user content

Verified-purchase review features must be used truthfully. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display content you submit for the purpose of operating the service. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing or personally sensitive content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

12. Google Play / app usage

An Android app downloaded from Google Play is also subject to Google Play's terms. App permissions, SDKs and in-app features may change by version. Physical jewellery transactions remain transactions with TRG, not with Google, unless a specific Google billing flow explicitly states otherwise.

13. Intellectual property

TRG names, logos, original designs, website text, layout, product photography and software elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may not reproduce, scrape, impersonate or commercially exploit them without permission.

14. Prohibited use

• Fraudulent orders, payment abuse or unauthorised account access.
• Automated attacks, scraping that harms service availability, malware or security bypass attempts.
• False reviews, impersonation or unlawful content.
• Use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from events outside reasonable control, third-party network failures or unauthorised use caused by compromised customer credentials.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer dispute forums and other non-excludable rights, disputes may be addressed through the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction in Bihar.
